Our environmental initiative includes operating our entire airport shuttle fleet on bio-diesel fuel. However, the heart of our company is our people. Airport Tax is included in the above quoted rates. Driver gratuities are not included in our rates. Gratuity is not mandatory, but customary for good service.

Airport Shuttle Basics

Thank you for selecting Showtime Tours Airport Shuttle Services. Your driver sales representative is an experienced professional dedicated to providing you with a safe and comfortable ride to and from your hotel. Our local phone number is 702-895-9976, should you have questions while in destination or need to make changes to your return reservation. Outbound reservation pick-ups are scheduled 2.5 - 3.5 hours prior to flight departure in accordance with airline and Department of Aviation policies.

Upon Arrival:

From Baggage Claim, proceed out of Door 10 and show your receipt to the Showtime greeter. For Terminal 3, proceed to Showtime Tours desk between baggage claim doors 52 and 53 (Domestic) or between baggage claim doors 56 and 57 (International). Our greeter will direct you to the appropriate vehicle and if you have not already made a round trip reservation on the web and received a return confirmation, our driver will provide you with a ticket for your return from the hotel to the airport.

Upon Departure:

Please meet your shuttle bus at the hotel entrance at which you were originally transported on arrival. Please have your return confirmation or ticket available to provide to the driver-sales representative. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your shuttle bus to arrive. Give your return ticket to the driver.
